How does the coaching process work?
All 1-on-1 programs are 12 weeks long
We will work hard together to build a foundation for lasting success so that you are happy and confident to achieve your health goals!
It’s more than just check-ins… I want to change your life!
- The first session includes an extensive call where we get to know one another and go over each and every one of your concerns in detail.
- We will have six additional 1-on-1 coaching sessions where you obtain your customized health and nutrition plan, specific to your needs.
- You receive a Startup Guide, which includes all of the educational material that you need to be successful in your nutrition and master your health plus access to all of my client resources (trackers, calendars, eBooks, and recipe lists).
- You have the option of adding weight training to your nutrition program, tailored to your skill level.
- You receive exclusive access to a private community for women just like you where you can share successes, struggles, and voice your concerns in a supportive way.
